Pilates-inspired

These low-impact, core-focused workouts emphasize strength, flexibility, and control through precise, intentional movements. Rooted in the principles of breath, alignment, and stability, our classes target deep stabilizing muscles, particularly in the core, glutes, and back, to improve posture, mobility, and body awareness.

Barre

A fusion of ballet, Pilates, and yoga, barre classes focus on small, controlled movements to build strength, flexibility, and endurance. These classes emphasize isometric holds and high repetitions to target specific muscle groups, particularly in the lower body.

Cardio

The only thing higher than your heart rate in these classes will be your vibes! Designed for endorphin release and increasing endurance, our cardio-focused classes will leave you sweaty and feeling amazing.

HIIT

High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) combines short bursts of intense exercise with periods of rest or lower-intensity exercise. These classes are designed to maximize calorie burn and improve cardiovascular fitness in a shorter amount of time.

Ride

A high-energy cycling class that combines rhythm-based movements with resistance training to build strength and endurance. These classes often feature upbeat music and choreographed movements to keep you motivated.
