Hi, I'm Jess

— founder of Move Club, functional fitness coach, and believer that movement should be something you want to do, not something you have to do. For 8 years, I’ve been helping people get stronger, move better, and feel more at home in their own bodies. My approach blends Pilates precision with strength training power, creating workouts that are challenging, effective, and adaptable to any fitness level.

I started Move Club...

because I saw too many people feel like fitness wasn’t “for them.” Maybe the gym felt intimidating. Maybe group classes moved too fast. Maybe life just… got in the way. I wanted to change that. Here, you’ll find movement for everyone, anywhere — from quick at-home sessions to full-body training plans that meet you where you are and grow with you. I believe in:

My own journey...

has been a mix of teaching packed group classes, coaching one-on-one clients, and building workouts for people who train at home. Along the way, I fell in love with blending Pilates precision (hello, core strength!), strength training power (hello, muscles you can actually use in real life) and low-impact cardio (hello, heart!) to build my signature class: Full Body Move. It’s the workout I wish I’d had when I first started my fitness journey, and it’s a workout I’m so excited to share with you. I believe I've become the coach I am today by learning from the best: my clients. But here are some credentials, too:
